Blue Eye Samurai hit Netflix late in 2023 with little fan-fair. But only a few months later it’s one of the hottest and critically acclaimed show on the platform. And rightly so! Much like Arcane before it, Blue Eye Samurai is gorgeous, dark, gritty, gripping nuanced and massively entertaining to watch.

What we actually got was a new, in-continuity reboot of the original material with new ways to explore the characters as we take a totally different direction from the source.
