AniMAY week 2 brings us probably the most loved anime of 2019, Koyoharu Gotouge’s Demon Slayer! Tanjiro and Nezuko’s bond transcends all barriers and through their adventure together they will change the landscape of an already changing Japan.

It’s time to kick off Anime Month of 2020. That’s right we’re back to ANIMAY and we’re starting off with Fire Force! This month I wanted to catch up on the four top anime that I watched from last year and they all just so happen to be Shonen. How shocking. But this week we cover all of season one of the demon fighting Fire Force.

A very special guest this week! Mike Maihack an artist I have been a fan of for a long time joins me to talk about his creation Cleopatra in Space! Starting off as a web comic to a graphic novel and, you guest it, an animated series! The show is now airing on the Dreamworks Channel and will be available via NBC’s Peacock app in July.

My Hero Academia: School Festival arc rounds our season 4 of the show and we’re here to talk about all the cool stuff that happens. We also cover the two mini-arcs with Bakugo and Todoroki’s provisional license exam and Endeavor/Hawks arc.
